Shipping & Delivery Information

Found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then you naturally want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

To reduce our ecological footprint and continue offering fair prices, we consolidate orders before shipping. Once we have reached a minimum shipment quantity, all orders are sent together by our supplier. We appreciate your understanding and support for this conscious choice — together, we contribute to a more sustainable world.

Average delivery times are as follows:

Processing time: 1 – 3 business days
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are usually processed the same day. Processing time includes:

  • Order confirmation

  • Any necessary adjustments

  • Quality control

  • Packaging

Shipping time (depending on destination): 7 – 9 business days
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the average shipping time is between 7 and 9 business days.

Estimated total delivery time:

  • USA: 8 – 14 business days

Please note: The above delivery times exclude any potential customs inspections and delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or other major sales events, delivery may take slightly longer.


Track your order easily
After placing an order, you will receive a personal tracking code by email within 5 days. This allows you to easily track your package through our tracking app.

Free shipping on every order
At Tremero, you pay no shipping costs — every order is delivered to your home completely free of charge. There is no minimum order value required.


Lost package? No worries!
If your package goes missing during shipping or is not delivered due to a logistics error, we will send a replacement package free of charge — even before our return or refund policy applies.


Customs and import fees
In rare cases, customs may select your package for inspection. Since the law change on July 1, 2021, import fees may apply. In 99% of cases this does not happen, but if you do incur costs, please contact us. We are happy to assist you.


Not home or package not picked up?
If a package is refused or not collected at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier. Since we have already paid the shipping costs, we must withhold €14.95 from your refund in such cases.


Address changes after ordering
Want to change a wrongly entered address? No problem — as long as your order has not yet been processed, you can notify us within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.


Why doesn’t my tracking code work yet?
Sometimes it takes 1–2 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience — your order is on its way!
